Ingredients:

  • 800g hake cut into portions
  • 1 packet (55g) white onion soup
  • 250ml skim milk
  • 25ml parsley, chopped
  • 125ml (50g) Cheddar cheese, grated

Cooking Instructions

1. Arrange fish portions in a greased baking dish.

2. Mix soup powder and milk. Pour over fish. Sprinkle with parsley.

3. Bake at 180degrees Celsius for 40 min. Sprinkle with cheese.
